am writing this email on the day i have received my
order from yourselves of a Pirate Wench costume. feel
it necessary to tell you how wonderful i feel your service
has been. I have been searcheing for outfits for my
hen night on the net, and to be honest i came across
yours accidently, however, i am completely amazed at

The
costume arrived this morning (the morning after i confirmed
the order) which i think was a fantastic turn around.
I then opened the package to find my costume in a clothes
protecter thing??!! whch was wonderful also. I then
tried on my outfit and was so impressed with the design
and quality, i was so happy and excited to wear it.

Hi,
I received my order for a mascot squirrel costume, last
Thursday - 2 weeks before I expected it. I was impressed!
I have to say, the costume is absolutely fantastic and
totally exceeds my expectations. The quality and attention
to detail is excellent.

Within
an hour of delivery, we were 'playing' - as you can
see from the attached photos... My school Manager, Aneta,
is totally in with our 'new member of staff' and has
no qualms about getting into the suit, any time she
has the chance......
The
squirrel is the symbol of my school and we are about
to launch our leaflet promotion to attract new students
for the next academic year. Nothing like this costume
exists in this region and certainly nobody has been
enterprising enough to use such methods to promote.
I'm
sure our squirrel will be a huge hit on the streets
of Rzeszow. I will order another squirrel in September
from you - in time for another promotion at a trade

Hi
Just wanted to say thanks for such an excellent and
friendly service. I received my order this morning less
than 24hrs after placing it and £7 is very reasonable
for online express delivery. You even stopped it going
out for me when I phoned to add some extra items, all
without any fuss which is more than can be said for
some other companies. The quality of the products looks
good for what I paid, so all in all very impressed.
I think the website could do with some improvement though
to make it easier to search and view products online

sirs, i wish to inform you of an incident earlier today.
i ordered a childs costume via your site. later in the
day a representative called jackie phoned me to say
the size was actually out of stock. she then took the
childs measurements from and phoned me back again and
was able to advise me as to a suitable alternative.
in general conversation i mentioned another item i was
having trouble locating. she then phoned around and
told me this item was actually listed in the christmas
section and assisted me over the phone while i placed
a further order for £121.00. this was obviously custome
you would not have received if this lady had not been
do dilligent in her efforts. throughout all my questions
she was pleasent and helpful and even managed to advise
me on some lines for halloween and christmas. then she
gave me a 10% discount. What service!! I will definately
be using your company again, but really felt that in
todays climate where a lot of sales representatives
give the impression of not caring about service this
lady deserves a big thankyou.

If
you have a deadline for your goods please use the box
provided during checkout to let us know the date. If
we cannot make that date for any reason we will always
contact you.

Please
supply us with an e-mail address and a telephone number
where you can be contacted during the day. We may
need to contact you if we think your order may be
delayed or if we cannot ship the order for any reason.
Choose
a shipping option that will insure that the delivery
company will deliver your goods in time. First class
post takes 3 to 5 days from the time we ship your
goods. This does not include weekends and public holidays.
Express delivery delivers goods the day after we ship
your order. Most orders on express are delivered within
two days of ordering (not including weekends or public
holidays). If you require your order urgently next
day we suggest you give us a call to check stock availability
and place your order by 2pm.
Try
and order at a early date as possible before your
event. We ship out all parcels as quickly as we can
but mistakes can occur, deliveries can be delayed,
goods can be damaged and parcels can be lost.
If
you are concerned about the arrival of your package
check your e-mail we may have tried to contact you.
Do not leave it until the day of your event before
you contact us. We can track all parcels shipped from
our warehouse but if the parcel is lost we cannot
rectify the situation on the day of your event.
All
orders shipped from our warehouse need to be signed
for. You must give us an address for delivery where
someone will be available to sign for the package.
If no one is going to be available during the day
to take your package you can opt to choose an alternative
address for delivery. This can be to your work address,
a nieghbour, a friend or a relative.
Once
the order has been dispatched from our warehouse it
is the customers responsibility to receive delivery
of the package. If a package is returned to us because
it could not be delivered or was refused at the point
of delivery we will refund the cost of the goods minus
the carriage charge and the charge levied on us for
the return of the goods. If, after the order has left
our warehouse, you decide that you do not want the
goods it is better to take delivery of the package
and then return it to us. This is a cheaper alternative
to refusing the package. We are charged £14.00
to have the goods returned and this cost will be deducted
from any refund due.
Although
it is the responsibility of the customer to take delivery
of his/her order we will always intervene and help
in any dispute between our customer and the couriers.
