My order is showing two of an item when I only ordered one.
How can I rectify this?
A:
Sometimes if the site is busy there is a delay between you
hitting the 'Add To Shopping Cart Button' and the server responding.
If you hit the 'Add To Shopping Cart Button two or more times
during this period you may end up with multiple quantities
of that item being added to the shopping cart.
You
can edit the amounts of any item in your shopping cart or
remove them altogether. You will find a link to your shopping
cart on most of the pages on this site. The link will be described
as 'View Cart' or 'Shopping Cart'.
