Scene Setters can be used indoors or outdoors. Backgrounds and borders are made from thin lightweight plastic and can be used again and again as party decor or event backgrounds. The lightweight plastic can be temporarily attached to walls or wooden frames using tacks, staples or even blue tac. Each background comes in a 15.2m roll which is enough to decorate an average room.
 
Each background is 1.2 m (almost 4 feet) high. Backgrounds can be mixed and laid one above the other to achieve more height and to create your Halloween scene. For Example:
