Same Day Dispatch: Orders are despatched same day if ordered before 3pm. If you order at the weekend or on a holiday period your order will be shipped next working day.

Free First Class Royal Mail Shipping on orders over £50.00: If you choose the Royal Mail First Class Delivery service and your order comes to more than £50.00 the order will be delivered free of charge.

Royal Mail:

• First Class £3.99 UK Mainland: This is a 1 to 5 day service but over 90% of parcels shipped using this service are delivered next day. This is not an insured service and you must wait 10 days to claim against a non-delivery.
• First Class Tracked: £4.99 UK Mainland: This is a 1 to 3 day service but over 90% of parcels shipped using this service are delivered next day. This service can be tracked online and contents are insured.
• Special Delivery: £8.99 UK Mainland: This is a guaranteed next working day by 1pm service. Parcel can be tracked online and contents are insured up to £2500.

Interlink Express:

• Interlink Next Day by 5pm £6.99 UK Mainland: This is a cost effective guaranteed next day by 5pm courier delivery service. Parcel can be tracked online.
• Interlink Next Day by 12pm £8.99 UK Mainland: This is a cost effective guaranteed next day by noon courier delivery service. Parcel can be tracked online.
• Interlink Saturday Delivery £15.99 UK Mainland: Guaranteed Saturday courier delivery service. Parcel can be tracked online.
• Interlink 2 Day Service To Northern Ireland £16.99: Guaranteed 2 day courier service to Northern Ireland. Parcel can be tracked online. 
• Interlink 2 Day Service to the Channel Islands £15.99: Guaranteed 2 day courier service to the Channel Islands. Parcel can be tracked online.

Most mainland UK orders sent by Interlink Express services will arrive in the time specified but to certain postcodes we can only offer a two-day service. Postcode areas affected are:

AB30 to AB38, AB44 to AB56, FK17 to FK99, G83, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV39, IV52 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA33, PA34 to PA40, PH18 to PH26, PH30, PH31 to PH41, PH49 to PH50. Scottish Islands: HS1 to HS9, IV40 to IV51, IV55 to IV56, KA27 to KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE1 to ZE3

Northern Ireland / Channel Islands: Customers wanting delivery to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands should use our Interlink 2 day services to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Failure to do so may delay your order.

BFPO: We welcome BFPO orders and have sent out many orders to BFPO postcode addresses. If you want to use a BFPO postcode please use our Royal Mail First Class £3.99 service. When using this service all orders over £50 will go post-free. When shipping to a BFPO address we recommend you do not purchase fancy dress weapons, guns, swords and the like. The parcel often gets sent back to us because parcels containing these items can cause delays at customs.

International Orders: We are pleased to ship our goods to customers overseas and we have many satisfied customers as far away as Australia. We can ship to the following countries:

Price of shipping varies depending on country and size of order and will be displayed at checkout. This charge will cover the costs for most orders but sometimes due to the size of the parcel we might have to increase this cost to you. If any increase is required we will contact you to let you know the cost of shipping and if you do not wish to continue we can cancel your order. To avoid excess costs we suggest you do not order large props. They can increase the weight and size of the parcel dramatically. Also refrain from ordering long items like broomsticks and tridents. Although these items are light the length of them will increase the volume weight of your package. For orders outside Europe we urge you to refrain from ordering fancy dress weapons such as guns and swords. These items can delay your consignment at customs.

Be warned that some countries may levy import duty/tax on your parcel when it enters the country. The USA, Canada and Australia are amongst the worse offenders. This can push up your shipping costs to way more than the value of the goods purchased. If you do not wish to pay this duty we will happily accept the goods back and refund the price of the contents when they are returned to us. What we cannot do is refund your shipping costs.

Delivery times for International orders will vary depending on local customs and postal services and we cannot guarantee a date of arrival. The following estimates are only placed here as a guide.

For deliveries to European destinations allow a minimum of 3 to 5 days.

For deliveries to other worldwide destinations allow a minimum of 5 to 7 days.

Help Us To Help You: We undertake to get all orders placed before 3pm shipped out to you the same day or next working day if order is placed during the weekend or holiday period. However we can not be held responsible for any delays however caused. Please place your order in plenty of time for your event and choose a suitable shipping option that will get your parcel to you on time.

If a delivery has been attempted it is your responsibility to pick up your parcel or to arrange with Royal Mail or Interlink Express another date when they can deliver. If an order is returned to us listed as refused or not called for we will of course refund you the value of the contents minus a £5 handling fee.
