We only hold the following information on our customers: Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address and Order Details. Your information will not be disclosed to any third party except to fulfil your order.
Any information disclosed by us to our shipping agents will only be used by them to enable them to deliver your goods. Your email address will only be used to keep you informed about the status of your order. The only employees in our organisation who have access to your information are those who are there to process your order and ship your goods. None of our employees have access to your credit card details unless you choose to place your order by telephone. We do not store your credit card details on our server.
All your stored details are password protected by a RCA authorisation key with a password that changes every minute. Only five people in our organisation have a key and they are tracked while online. For more info please view our security page.
